Beautiful bead work

Souix Indian woman with traditional deerskin beaded dress
This past weekend Lee and I went to the Indian Market held here in Arizona. It is the largest display of native American arts and crafts, music, dancing and food in the world. It was a wonderful day.  I loved the native flute music, cedar fires, Navajo fry bread, and chatting with the various artists.

  4. The beaded dress is really something. Sounds like a fun day. How fortunate to have such a display of native American arts and crafts. We have some here, too, but not as much as I'd like.

  5. Absolutely gorgeous. Fry bread is soooo good. I made in often back in the 70's. Hmmm, I wonder why I stopped?
