Flood

Due to a forest fire in June heavy rains washed burned timber, ashes and water from the mountain down onto this Flagstaff neighborhood. It is where my grandson Tristan lives.
In fact this video runs right past Tristan's house. Fortunately they were not at home.My daughter Amanda and SIL Jeff live a few miles away and have sandbagged their home.
Sadly however a 12 y/o girl was washed away to her death in this storm.
We pray for her family.

  2. Scary stuff....I'm glad your grandson is okay. Did his home sustain a lot of damage? Clean up after a flood is monumental. I still remember helping an elderly friend clean up his home after a flood back in my teens. Well wishes to your grandson and his family.
