Self portrait

Led by my true heart

of peace and kindness

to myself

and

 to the world.

Being kind to myself is working wonders. No more 2nd guessing, no beating myself up for every little thing. My spirit is a precious gift of life. I am treating it as such.

With a  prayer of thanksgiving.
