It's a hot time in the old town.
Today my BIL Dan came over. He is the best!
He helped us do some repairs and paint our family room.
All of the furniture was moved out of the room.
Things were chaotic.

Then the mailman came and left a treat for me in the mailbox.

Now the family room is painted. Curtains are rehung. Furniture is moved back

I have something pretty to put in my art room.

It's beautiful, Gemma! What a nice mailman you have...mine just brings me a stack of recycling everyday, LOL! I've been a-painting too! All by myself, which is how I prefer it actually...something so meditative about painting walls.♥♥♥

ReplyDeletenothing at all like moving furntiture out and painting a room. get yourself a lovely glass, a jug of cold water with lemon and sit and enjoy that ! xo splash some on your face and top of head when the need takes you.
