Sorrow

A dear friend and co-worker has lost her son.
22 years old Christopher was just accepted into medical school in Colorado.
On his return home from there,
he was in a terrible accident
and did not survive.

Tears falling
like raindrops.

    My heart aches for his mother's anguish and pain. I just can't begin to imagine what she is going through. It's so very sad to lose someone, especially one's child, so young. My sincere condolences to his family and friends ~ xo

    What could be sadder than the loss of a child, the loss of potential, the loss of dreams? Whenever I hear of this, I wonder how a parent lives through it. My sympathy goes out to his family and to you, Gemma.
