An Aqua water color was washed over paper. After it dried, I did a pencil sketch of a Raven in flight on it.
Later the drawing was painted in with Black and White acrylic's.
It's been a blackbird kind of week here.... meaning it had it's moments of magic AND there were moments of awareness that there is a black hole in the sky.
Gemma, I really like the stark black against the light blue background. I really love the look of the beautiful watercolor background with the texture of the acrylics. Very nicely done!
