Breathe
Take a deep breath.
Breathe deeply.
Ahhhhh....a miraculous transformation, from uptight, shallow hold your breath anxiety,
to deep fill your lungs with fresh air and peacefulness.
Breathing meditations calm us.
 I am convinced the act of deep breathing relaxes us.
Taking deep deep breaths make me healthier.

  3. I don't breathe. sometimes it feels like I cannot get the breath down past my heart chakra.. doing lots of healing on that at the moment. xoxo

    I agree emphatically! Meditation is new to me. I started last fall and I'm loving it. It was one of my promises to myself in the New Year. I promised myself to try to make time each day to breathe and be still. I miss some days, but I do it more often than not. Love your imagery.
